Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to manage and streamline our medical device production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules

Ensure smooth production flow and optimize processes for better output

Maintain strict compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and other regulatory guidelines

Monitor quality checkpoints and coordinate with the QA/QC team

Lead and train the production team to meet performance goals

Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw material availability

Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and performance metrics

Ensure equipment maintenance and enforce workplace safety protocols

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 6 years in production, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Biomedical) or related Science field

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of production operations and manufacturing workflows

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools

Understanding of regulatory standards like GMP, ISO 13485

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
