UnXplore is a fast-growing B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising in domestic and international holiday packages. We create unique travel experiences and ready-to-use content for our partner travel agents across India.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic travel industry billing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication & coordination skills (internal + external).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Location: Jammu Experience: 1–3 years | Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Key Responsibilities
- Handle account-related emails (invoices, payments, dues).
- Maintain & update Payment and Revenue Google Sheets.
- Daily accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments).
- Bank, vendor & client reconciliation.
- Support in GST, TDS & compliance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of GST/TDS.
- Accuracy, attention to detail & communication skills.
- Experience in Travel Industry Accounts is a plus.
