Job Description:

As an Area Business Executive, your primary responsibilities will include Sales and Business Development of Generics based at our Chennai headquarters. You will play a key role in achieving budget targets, overseeing new product launches, and ensuring high PCPM (Per Capita Per Month) performance along with target achievement. Additionally, you will be responsible for scientific and medical promotions, as well as the effective implementation of business strategies. Strong management and administrative control skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Pharma Sales, particularly in handling the Generics segment.
  • Proficiency in Man Management and Business Development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scientific and medical promotions, successful product launches, and the effective execution of business strategies.
  • Strong abilities in maintaining administrative control.
