Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

  2. Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end consolidated financial statements.

  3. Manage multi-currency adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and group-level reconciliations.

  4. Ensure adherence to IFRS/US GAAP and statutory requirements.

  5. Financial Analysis & Insights:

  6. Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and trend assessments.

  7. Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial commentaries.

  8. Translate data into actionable business insights.

  9. Compliance & Controls:

  10. Implement internal controls for reporting accuracy and risk mitigation.

  11. Coordinate internal/external audits and resolve audit queries.

  12. Maintain SOX/compliance frameworks.

  13. Process Optimization & Transformation:

  14. Identify automation opportunities (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) to streamline workflows.

  15. Lead finance transformation initiatives (e.g., system upgrades, digital reporting).

  16. Stakeholder Engagement:

  17. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Controllers and senior leadership (CFO, Investor Relations).

  18. Support M&A integration, restructuring, and strategic planning.

  19. Team Leadership & Development:

  20. Mentor junior staff, conduct peer reviews, and manage performance.

  21. Drive knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  22. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Masters preferred for all roles.
  23. Certifications: Mandatory: CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent. Deputy/Assistant Managers require certification.
