Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into business for the company. The role involves client communication, understanding project requirements, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales to handover process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calls, online research, site visits, and networking.
- Maintain and expand the client database by identifying key prospects in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Present company services, portfolio, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and project discussions.
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion reports.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
- Ensure timely response and excellent client service experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of architecture, interiors, or construction business (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or client relations (construction/interior industry preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
