Merchandising Manager

As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end merchandising activities for both domestic and export orders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact for buyer communications - Overseeing order execution and monitoring production progress - Ensuring timely deliveries - Building and nurturing strong relationships with buyers and vendors - Maintaining order status reports and documentation - Ensuring product quality and buyer satisfaction are consistently met To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Textiles, Fashion, Business, or a related field - Have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, preferably in knitted fabrics - Possess a strong understanding of production processes - Have excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and documentation This full-time, permanent position offers benefits including health insurance, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
