Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Ops Transformation with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Analytics & Insights Six Sigma Advanced Excel Generative AI and UiPath. The role requires domain knowledge in Workers Comp - Care Management Workers Comp-New Business and Workers Compensation - Claims. This is a hybrid work model with rotational shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation initiatives within the operations team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Provide expertise in Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance operational capabilities and drive innovation.
• Identify and program manage till deployment automation tools including RPA/AI +ML / Small automations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives to ensure they meet organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all transformation projects to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Train and mentor team members on new tools and methodologies to build internal capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all transformation activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.
• Communicate progress and outcomes of transformation initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical skills with experience in Analytics & Insights.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
• Have experience with Generative AI applications.
• Be proficient in using UiPath for process automation.
• Have domain expertise in Workers Comp
• Care Management.
• Possess knowledge of Workers Comp-New Business processes.
• Understand Workers Compensation
• Claims management.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Be adaptable to rotational shifts.
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.

Experienced leader within BFSI Shared Services transformational function evidence of creating and driving a team strategy to deliver the goals with Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Significant experience of reviewing and changing business models and practices to optimize performance and generate cost savings and improvements whilst delivering employee and customer benefits.

Works in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience efficiency and risk reduction. Acts as a Process Excellence evangelist across the business maintaining strong relationships at C-suite level and Senior stakeholders to educate and drive cultural changes to support business strategies.

Extensive use and application of knowledge about Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and its applicability in real world use cases

Provides appropriate challenge to the business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes in conjunction with the Change and Implementation Lead
