Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Budget upto 20k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Handle offer negotiations and support the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media recruiting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
