Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our service-based healthcare support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu and be passionate about assisting patients with their healthcare needs.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle inbound calls from patients, address their queries, and assist in booking appointments with doctors from respective healthcare departments. This is a service-oriented role with no sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Understand patient requirements and assist them in booking doctor appointments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and departments.
  • Record patient details and appointment information accurately in the system.
  • Resolve patient queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
