Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage daily construction site activities at our projects in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to supervise a team, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, managing equipment and materials, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and providing support for site maintenance. Additionally, the role involves liaising with project managers and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team efficiently.
  • Experience in working with and operating heavy equipment at construction sites.
  • Expertise in carpentry and general maintenance tasks relevant to construction work.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction and site management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and solve problems promptly.
  • Prior experience in civil construction projects is highly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in construction management or engineering are advantageous.
