**Job Description**:
The 'Precast Works Competency Centre' (PWCC) operates as a capability-based competency centre as part of a strategic initiative of the L&T Construction Group. As the Learning and Organizational Development Lead at PWCC, you will be instrumental in devising and executing comprehensive capability-building programs that support the company's strategic goals for precast projects.

Key Deliverables:
The role is responsible for overseeing the setup, commissioning, and operation of equipment and systems used in the erection of precast components. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in the launching, positioning, and securing of precast elements. The Erection Foreman ensures all installations meet quality, safety, and operational standards, while also being able to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the erection process. This is a critical position that demands a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality throughout the installation process.

Precast Component Erection:
Oversee installation and positioning of precast components per design specifications.

Ensure precise alignment, secure placement, and adherence to structural and safety standards.

Setup & Commissioning of Erection Systems:
Responsible for setting up, commissioning, and operating equipment (cranes, lifting devices, machinery).

Ensure proper calibration and functioning of equipment before and during installation.

Troubleshooting & Post-Erection Support:
Diagnose and resolve issues during or after erection.

Perform post-installation checks to ensure proper placement and securement of components.

Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations, operational procedures, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections to ensure installed components meet project specifications.

Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and team members for smooth execution.

Communicate progress, challenges, and adjustments to stakeholders.

Material & Equipment Management:
Ensure all materials and equipment are available and in good condition.

Work with procurement and logistics for timely delivery and availability of resources.
