We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Public Area Attendant to join our team at Regenta Z. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairways, and elevators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an asset.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
