This role requires a dynamic professional who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage civil and interior construction projects from planning through project closeoutDevelop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractorsMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessaryEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsTeam LeadershipManage cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, and construction professionalsFacilitate regular project meetings and maintain clear communication channelsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersCoordinate with stakeholders and clients throughout project lifecycleTechnical OversightReview and approve civil and interior design drawings and specificationsConduct site inspections and quality control assessmentsResolve technical issues and design conflictsEnsure integration between civil infrastructure and interior systemsOversee MEP coordination for interior buildoutsFinancial & Risk ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costsProcess change orders and manage scope modificationsIdentify and mitigate project risksPrepare regular project status reports and financial updatesRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fieldPMP certification is a plus (optional)Experience7+ years of experience in civil and/or interior construction project managementProven track record managing projectsExperience with commercial, office, retail, or mixed-use developmentsKnowledge of building codes and safety regulationsTechnical SkillsProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Experience with BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systemsUnderstanding of MEP systems integrationFamiliarity with LEED and sustainable construction practicesCore CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProblem-solving and critical thinking capabilitiesAttention to detail and quality focusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyClient-focused mindset with strong relationship management skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to visit construction sites on daily basis and conduct field inspectionsOccasional travel may be requiredCapability to work in various environmental conditionsThis position offers an excellent opportunity to lead impactful projects while advancing your career in the dynamic field of commercial real estate and construction.
