Project Manager Lead is responsible for all aspect of the phases over the entire project lifecycle (Initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar to the importance of project objective, delivering project in time and within budget and scope, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
 
He/ She should have solid business process knowledge background, with understanding or hands-on experience in application support projects. He/ She must be capable of coordinating work on project deliverables and / or work packages. He / She must have good understanding of the project management lifecycle and project methodologies.
 
Should have 4+ years of experience in managing an application BAU support, Rollout and CR delivery project with 2+ years' experience in leading the team.
Coordinate with resources for the flawless execution and support of the projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and per client satisfaction
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed.
People Manager with an experience of managing at least 5 team members.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Willing to work in shifts. 
A very good written and spoken English communication skills.
Positive attitude and a good team player.
