Job DescriptionDesired Profile:
- Dynamic result oriented Project Management Professional BE-Civil and PG-Project Management from premier institute with yrs experience in execution of Civil Construction especially high rise residential and commercial structures.
- Demonstrated capabilities in Project Planning, Scheduling, Tendering, Budgeting and monitoring to ensure execution as per the defined standards.
- Proficient at handling various Administration Activities and Liaison with external& internal partners for seamless execution of Projects.
- Excellent Communicator & Negotiator with exceptional Analytic & Problem Solving Ability.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with expertise in People Management,Relationship Management and Co-ordination.
Job Profile:
- Providing inputs for finalising concept design of the new projects.
- Preparing Project Master Schedule & monitoring.
- Co-ordination between the In-house departments like Marketing, Purchase, Legal, Administration, Facility Management & the site.
- Co-ordination between Architects & Consultants.
- Making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Projects department & its implementation.
- Preparation of Budget & monitoring through MIS.
BE-Civil and PG Diploma in Project Management/MBA from premier institute.
