A suitable candidate for the HR Generalist role with a textile manufacturing company in Derabassi, who will be responsible for handling social compliances, salary processing, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI (Employee State Insurance), you can follow these steps:
Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Derabassi
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including social compliances.
- Manage the end-to-end salary process, including payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Administer PF and ESI for employees and ensure timely submissions.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support in HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Conduct onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR-related projects.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and social compliances.
- Proficiency in payroll .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
