Job Description

We are seeking an AI enthusiast / AI automation expert who lives and breathes AI, loves experimenting with new tools, and has hands-on experience building AI automations or AI agents independently.

Your mission: Understand our current workflows, identify repetitive tasks, and build automation solutions that save time, reduce human effort, and improve accuracy across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Study and map our current business processes across legal, admin, CRM, and operations teams.

Identify tasks that can be automated with AI tools, APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, or custom scripts.

Build and deploy AI agents, automation workflows, and integration systems.

Set up task tracking, notifications, and automated responses (emails, CRM updates, client communications).

Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and suggest innovative implementations.

Train team members to use these automations effectively.

Required Skills

Proven hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, and agent frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, Make, Zapier, n8n, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ChatGPT API, Google Workspace automation).

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand complex workflows and break them down into automatable steps.

Basic coding knowledge (Python/JS preferred) or strong low-code automation skills.

Enthusiastic, experimental, and self-driven — someone who learns by building.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and SaaS integrations

Knowledge of legal/consulting workflows (optional but preferred)

Prior experience in a startup or automation-driven environment

Screening Questions / Tasks

Use these questions + work tasks to weed out fake or inexperienced applicants:

  1. Experience Questions

Have you personally built any AI automation/agent systems? Describe one end-to-end project.

Which AI tools or platforms have you used hands-on?

Have you automated any workflow using Zapier, Make, or n8n? Describe what you built.

What's your favourite AI tool or agent framework, and why?

  1. Practical Work Tasks

Ask them to submit at least 1 of these with their application:

A short video or Loom recording showing an automation they built (screen demo).

A written case study (1 page) describing a real automation project: problem → tools used → result achieved.

A working sample (code or link) of an AI agent or automation they've made.

A GitHub or Notion link showing their AI projects or experiments.

  1. Evaluation

If they cannot show real work they've built or contributed to, do not shortlist them.

Ask them to complete a small paid task as a test, such as:

Automate a Google Sheet → auto-generate a draft email reply from data.

Build a basic agent that replies to FAQs using OpenAI API.
