Generative AI Engineer

Objective:

This role is responsible for designing, development, and deployment of Gen-AI and ML-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

Development and Implementation

• Develop automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Design, develop, and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based LLMs and conversational bots.
• Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.
• Integrate AI-driven automation tools with existing systems and workflows.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.

Research and Innovation

• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen-AI and ML technologies.
• Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational bots.
• Explore innovative ways to leverage Gen-AI and LLMs for automating complex tasks.
• Publish findings and contribute to the AI/ML community through papers, presentations, and conferences.

Automation Development

• Identify opportunities for automating business processes using Gen-AI and LLMs.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Integration and Management

• Integrate Gen-AI and ML solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven automation tools across various functions and business units.
• Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions with other software systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer science, engineering, information technology or a relevant degree from a recognized University.

Experiences
:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Exposure to frameworks from LangChain.
• Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
