Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations: Ensure all business activities run smoothly and efficiently each day.
  • Supervise staff: Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance and training.
  • Develop processes: Create and improve operational procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Control budgets: Monitor expenses and allocate resources wisely to stay within budget limits.
  • Ensure quality standards: Maintain high quality in products or services to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory: Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Monitor performance: Track key metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance: Ensure all operations follow legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for best terms.
  • Resolve issues: Quickly address operational problems to minimize disruption and maintain workflow.
  • Support strategic goals: Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports: Generate detailed operational reports for senior management review.
  • Implement technology: Adopt new tools and systems to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction: Ensure excellent service delivery and handle customer concerns effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
