Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager specializing in Azo Pigments at Pidilite Industries Limited, located in Vapi. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, managing production planning, and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include supervising plant staff, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

  • Plant Management and Plant Operations skills
  • Experience in Operations Management and Production Planning
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience in the pigments or specialty chemicals industry is a plus
