Job Title: Commercial & Logistics Manager

Location: Sarigam

About the Role:We're looking for a smart, hands-on Commercial & Logistics Manager who can balance business thinking with operational know-how. You'll handle both the commercial side — driving sales, managing contracts, and improving margins — and the logistics side — ensuring goods move efficiently and on time.

What You'll Do:

Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial plans to grow revenue and improve profit.
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Track pricing, costs, and market trends to make smart business decisions.
  • Work with finance and sales to control budgets and improve margins.

Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations.
  • Make sure goods reach customers on time and in good condition.
  • Manage inventory levels and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Build good relationships with logistics providers and monitor their performance.

Team & Coordination:

  • Lead and support the logistics and commercial team.
  • Improve processes to make operations smoother and more efficient.
  • Work closely with other departments to meet company goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
