Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit retailers, garages, and distributors to promote and sell RMC Autoparts products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field visits and client follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Explain product details, offers, and pricing clearly.
  • Report customer feedback and market trends to the company.
  • Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10th pass (12th or graduate preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in auto parts or field sales preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and convincing power.
  • Vehicle: Must have a scooter (two-wheeler) for market visits.
  • Must have good selling skills and a confident personality.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
