Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, technical support, and preventive maintenance for assigned equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring equipment is functioning optimally, and delivering excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and providing solutions onsite.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance tasks
  • Strong troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and address client needs effectively
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • ITI/ Diploma Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in handling specialized machinery or equipment is an advantage
