Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing energy storage systems and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the functionality and safety of installed solutions. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to meet client needs and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance, with the ability to effectively maintain and manage energy systems.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and deliver clear technical guidance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in energy storage solutions or the renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.
