Job Description

The Service Engineer is responsible for performing daily service, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. This role requires building and maintaining strong customer and peer relationships, completing administrative duties promptly, and performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities

The Service Engineer performs the major functions listed below. Additional duties may be assigned.

  • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and implement field modifications.
  • Manage parts ordering and repair turnaround times.
  • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Communicate daily with customers to ensure issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience as a Service Engineer or in a related role.
  • Experience working with IoT technologies.
  • Based in the Mumbai region.
  • Possession of a private bike is required.
  • Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
  • Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
  • Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly.
