Job Summary:

Ascend Capital is looking for a sharp and analytical
Finance Associate
to join our
Treasury team
. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on exposure in NBFC treasury operations, debt raising, and balance sheet management. You'll work closely with a lean and dynamic team that manages the company's funding operations, credit growth planning, and lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day treasury operations including loan drawdowns, repayments, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Maintain and analyze lender data, repayment schedules, and interest cost tracking.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models for ALM, cost of funds, and liquidity management.
  • Prepare MIS reports and data for lenders, rating agencies, and internal management.
  • Assist in funding documentation, audits, and financial analysis.
  • Facilitate effective communication between different departments.
  • Collaborate across finance, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth capital flow for disbursements.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Engineer with strong financial acumen.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Strong command of Excel and comfort with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Curiosity for finance, capital markets, and NBFC funding structures.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn treasury and credit processes.
  • Integrity, accountability, and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.
