About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion for our industrial piping and fitting products. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with industrial clients in and around Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities 1. Field Sales & Promotion (Major Role – 90%)

  • Conduct regular field visits across Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Jhagadia, Panoli, Dahej, and nearby industrial zones.
  • Promote industrial piping, fittings, valves, and related products to manufacturing units, contractors, fabricators, and project companies.
  • Demonstrate product features, advantages, and applications to clients.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify new business opportunities through field scouting, references, and market research.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Visit sites, industrial plants, and workshops to identify customer requirements.

3. Customer Meetings & Relationship Management

  • Meet existing and new customers regularly to understand their needs.
  • Build strong professional relationships with purchase managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up for orders.

4. Sales Targets & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Track sales performance, submit daily visit reports, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work towards increasing market share and customer base in the region.

5. Marketing & Product Promotion

  • Conduct in-person product presentations and promotional activities.
  • Promote brand presence in industrial areas through direct marketing and relationship building.
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve offerings.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

7. Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, dispatch, accounts) for order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of field sales experience (industrial products preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Two-wheeler / Four- Wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
