- Should be B. E / B. Tech /AMIE or DME with Tool grinding experience / Degree or Diploma in tool design (NTTF courses) with Tool grinding experience.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of all varieties of Cutting Tools, It's Application.
- Should have basic knowledge on CNC Machine Tool (3-5 AXIS).
- Should be well versed with any Cutting Tool Grinding software (Numroto, Profsim MTS , Walter Tool studio, Anca Tool Room)
Experience:
Candidate should have min 5-7 yrs. experience of operating/working on CNC Tool & cutter grinding machine
Should have experience in working in the Cutting Tool Industry/CNC Tool & Cutter grinder manufacturing industry.
- Should have experience of Planning, Scheduling the activity in Shop floor.
- Should have Multitasking abilities
Responsibilities:
- Should be responsible to internal Prove out the machine & also per Customer requirements.
- Should be responsible for handling Production setup, Manpower, Planning & Control that includes implementing SOP & ensuring smooth workflow within Department.
- Monitoring Employee Performance & Providing Feedback
- Should be closely Interacting with the Customer for their Requirements
- Should be closely interacting with the Sales Team to support order book.
- Should be ready to travel Domestic & International for machine commissioning.
