Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Representative Intern role based in Bengaluru. As a Client Rep. Intern, you will assist in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing the training and internship programs, inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities will include engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and supporting sales efforts. Additionally, you will play a role in client training and maintaining positive relationships to help achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles and ability to support sales activities
  • Capability to assist customers with Training related to products or services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build constructive client relationships
  • Motivation to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • A degree in any field is acceptable; a focus on business, communication, or related fields is a plus
