Salary: ₹30,000 per month + TA/DA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and CA Inter qualification. The role involves managing core financial operations, overseeing junior accounting staff, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Accounting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Review and approve invoices, vouchers, and payment documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per company standards.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.
  • Maintain proper records for audits and statutory inspections.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making and cost optimization.

Team Coordination & Process Control

  • Supervise and guide junior finance/accounts staff.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, clarifications, and financial planning.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to financial controls and SOPs.

Banking & Cash Flow Management

  • Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow planning.
  • Monitor receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Liaise with banks for financial operations and documentation.

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and company information.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Follow organizational policies and financial governance guidelines.

Workplace Standards

  • Professional etiquette and respectful communication must be maintained at all times.
  • Compliance with company policies related to finance operations and workplace conduct is mandatory.
