Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for the jewelry industry to lead our retail operations in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry sales and retail management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail store management, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets in a retail setting.
  • Jewelry sales expertise to effectively manage product offerings and client interactions. (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewelry store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage store personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and sales.
