Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Store Manager
to oversee daily operations of our
apparel retail store
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving
sales targets
, ensuring exceptional
customer service
, managing
store staff
, and maintaining
visual merchandising standards
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team performance and customer engagement.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store hygiene, and product display.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Handle billing operations, cash reconciliation, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and suggest strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the apparel or fashion retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting tools.
  • Ability to drive sales performance and deliver high customer satisfaction.
