We are seeking an experienced (in Cosmetics/Beauty) and driven Marketing & Sales Network Leader to establish and expand EINSTEINIQ's market presence in Kerala. You will be responsible for developing distributor and retail partnerships, launching grassroots marketing campaigns, and leading a dynamic team to drive product awareness and sales.

  • Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retail outlets across Kerala.
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and develop territory-specific sales plans.
  • Monitor and support distributor performance and optimize supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives/promoters.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the founding team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
