Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples from patients at home, ensuring proper documentation, handling specimens safely, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate diagnostic testing as part of our home care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood, urine, and other samples from patients at their homes following proper safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Label and transport specimens safely to partner diagnostic laboratories or internal testing units.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure professional communication during home visits.
  • Record patient details and update test data in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with the medical and operations team for scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain sterilized equipment and follow infection control guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to patients and doctors.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/B.Sc MLT) from a recognized institute.
  • Valid certification and registration as a lab technician (if applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic lab work preferred.
  • Experience in handling home sample collections is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample collection techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Empathetic and patient-friendly approach.
  • Familiarity with using basic mobile or digital tools for reporting and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
