Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Credit Card Dispute Analyst based in Bangalore Urban district. The role involves investigating and resolving credit card disputes, analyzing potential fraudulent activity, processing chargebacks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines. The analyst will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Fraud Prevention and Fraud Analysis capabilities
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and resolve disputes effectively
  • Experience managing Chargebacks and related financial transactions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and ability to work methodically under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    credit card dispute cases
    by reviewing transaction details, investigating claims, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform
    fraud analysis
    by examining suspicious transactions and identifying patterns or irregularities.
  • Work with
    payment processing systems
    and understand card scheme rules (preferably
    Mastercard
    ).
  • Interpret complex transaction data to detect anomalies and support dispute decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to gather required information.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all case handling.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks within defined timelines.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
