Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years in Diagnostic Sales / Healthcare Services

Travel Required: Yes

About the Role:

This role requires a professional with a strong background in diagnostics, pathology lab sales, or healthcare service aggregation, who can lead a growing sales team and drive strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Diagnostics & Healthcare Sales Division with a focus on business expansion.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Build and manage relationships with diagnostic labs, pathology centers, doctors, and healthcare providers.

Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.

Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated with trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior leadership.

Required Industry Experience:

Candidates must have prior experience in one or more of the following areas:

Diagnostic lab sales / pathology lab on boarding

Healthcare service aggregation or B2B healthcare sales

Medical representative or institutional sales in healthcare

Working with community clinics, diagnostic chains, or health-tech platforms

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in English required)

Experience in team leadership and sales strategy planning

Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills

Ability to write professional emails and reports independently

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Eligibility:

Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostic or healthcare sales

Graduate degree (Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
