Position Title : Desktop Support & Network Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:Desktop Support:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), MS Office, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in person, remotely, or via ticketing tools.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely upgrades/replacements.
  • Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security policies are adhered to.

Network Support:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Assist in configuring and managing IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
  • Support network cabling, patch panels, and structured cabling activities.
  • Ensure uptime and reliability of network services and escalate issues when required.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring network security practices.
