*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Operations Executive (Renewals) to join our team.

Requirements -

  • Age Criteria - max. upto 40 yrs.

  • Graduation

  • 1-2 years of experience in life insurance operations, customer service, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage life insurance policy renewals, including premium payments, billing, and policy servicing

  • Review and process renewal premium payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Communicate with policyholders and agents regarding renewal requirements, premium payments, and policy status

  • Resolve issues and discrepancies related to policy renewals, lapses, and reinstatements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policy transactions and customer interactions

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to resolve policy-related issues

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including renewal retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.
