Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at our on-site location in Chennai. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing relationships with new and existing clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research to identify growth opportunities, initiating contact with prospects, and negotiating deals to achieve organizational objectives. The role also requires coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong aptitude in Account Management and relationship-building with new and existing clients
- Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of Business operations and the capacity to strategize for organizational success
- Proficiency with CRM tools and an analytical mindset to track and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in the education technology or design sector is an advantage
