1. Loan Processing & Disbursement

  • Manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle from file verification to disbursement.
  • Ensure disbursement requests are validated, processed, and updated in the Loan Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with Finance and Banking partners for UTR confirmation and settlement.
  • Maintain daily disbursement trackers and share MIS with relevant stakeholders.

2. Repayment Management & Reconciliation

  • Monitor NACH / eNACH presentations, auto-debits, and repayment collections.
  • Track and manage failed transactions, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks.
  • Assist in daily and monthly reconciliation of disbursement and repayment accounts.
  • Support Finance and Co-lending teams in fund flow and settlement validation.

3. Co-Lending & Partner Coordination

  • Support operational execution under co-lending models (80:20, 90:10, etc.).
  • Coordinate with partner NBFCs for data sharing, MIS, and reconciliation.
  • Validate co-lender share of disbursement, repayment, and revenue components.
  • Assist in audit and compliance documentation for co-lending arrangements.

4. Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure operational adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain records for audit trails – disbursement, repayment, and customer documentation.
  • Support internal/external audits with required data and reports.
  • Ensure borrower data privacy and security as per company policies.

5. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS for disbursement, repayment, and reconciliation.
  • Track operational KPIs and identify exceptions or delays for management review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Risk, Tech, Finance) to ensure process accuracy.
