Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring for An Accounts Executive for a Luxury Automative Brand,who is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer statements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
  • Maintain accurate records for petty cash, expense claims, and reimbursements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments as needed.
  • Generate MIS reports and assist in budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally / SAP / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Upto 3 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
