At Clarus24, customer security and trust remain our top priorities, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience across all engagements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Finance & Accounts Executive, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.The Finance & Accounts Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance across GCC, India, and UK, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, statutory filings, tax submissions, and supporting business decisions through timely financial reporting.The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external consultants across geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reconciliationsGST filing (India), VAT filing (GCC), PF, PT, and other statutory submissionsManaging vendor payments, invoicing, expense tracking, and monthly closingsEnsuring multi-country regulatory compliance and timely filingsPreparing MIS reports, cash flow updates, and financial summariesCoordinating with auditors and supporting statutory auditsMaintaining accurate documentation and financial recordsQualificationsExperience in Finance, Accounting, and ComplianceProficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books)Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
