Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage daily order processing, customer communication, and post-purchase support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and good command over Excel and calculations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via chat, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Daily order placing and coordination with operations team.
- Track orders, shipments, and provide timely updates to customers.
- Manage returns, refunds, and replacement requests.
- Maintain customer data and update order status in Excel/CRM.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery or RTO issues.
- Prepare basic Excel reports (order summary, return report, customer issues, etc.).
- Support additional tasks such as customer reminders, escalations, and daily follow-ups.
- Required SkillsStrong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Good knowledge of Excel (Vlookup/filters/basic formulas) and calculations.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus.
- QualificationsGraduate / HSC pass with relevant experience
- 0–3 years in customer support or e-commerce preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
