We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead villa sales and drive business growth in the premium housing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of villas, plots, and residential projects.
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales goals with campaign activities.
- Track and report sales performance to management on a regular basis.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–15 years of proven experience in sales (FMCG, automobile, banking, insurance, hospitality, or any B2C/B2B industry).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing ability and result-oriented mindset.
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹65,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Aranattukara, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
