Job Description:

We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves generating leads, promoting our software solutions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, target-driven, and passionate about IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads for software products and IT services.
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle post-sales support coordination.
  • Present and demonstrate software products and solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, content marketing).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities

Requirements:

  • Understanding of software products or technology solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
