Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Salary: As per Market Standards

Working Days: 5 days (rotational week-offs) | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects to guide them in making informed decisions about our courses.
  • Understand candidate profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Present program features, benefits, and USPs in a persuasive and consultative manner.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales process.
  • Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
  • Consistently achieve monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales (International Call Centre/Voice Process – mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of executive education/corporate training is a plus.
