CHANNEL MASTERY

  • Build and manage premium intermediary networks (brokers, CAs, consultants)
  • Create sustainable, high-quality business pipelines

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Source and close high-value Surety Bond deals through strategic partnerships
  • Target contractors, risk consultants, and institutional clients

RELATIONSHIP EXCELLENCE

  • Manage elite client relationships with tailored insurance solutions
  • Ensure superior service experience for maximum retention

MARKET EXPANSION

  • Execute targeted campaigns in key metro cities

TEAM BUILDING

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business/Marketing
  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, channel management, or insurance distribution
  • MUST HAVE: Bank Guarantee and EMD product knowledge
