KEY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT DRIVE SUCCESS
CHANNEL MASTERY
- Build and manage premium intermediary networks (brokers, CAs, consultants)
- Create sustainable, high-quality business pipelines
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Source and close high-value Surety Bond deals through strategic partnerships
- Target contractors, risk consultants, and institutional clients
RELATIONSHIP EXCELLENCE
- Manage elite client relationships with tailored insurance solutions
- Ensure superior service experience for maximum retention
MARKET EXPANSION
- Execute targeted campaigns in key metro cities
- Build brand positioning in the specialized Surety Bond segment
TEAM BUILDING
- Recruit and train new intermediaries in Surety Bond offerings
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business/Marketing
- 2-5 years in B2B sales, channel management, or insurance distribution
- MUST HAVE: Bank Guarantee and EMD product knowledge
