Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an International Chat Process role based in Kolkata. This is a great opportunity for freshers who possess strong English communication skills and want to start their career in a global customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat (non-voice process).
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of customer service principles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
