Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat (non-voice process).
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues when required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding of customer service principles.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
