Prepare and process customer invoices for electrical projects, service calls, material supply, and AMC contracts.

  • Verify work completion reports, job cards, material consumption sheets, and engineer notes before generating bills.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate billing data.
  • Maintain billing records, job codes, BOQs, and project-wise documentation for audit and reference.
  • Track project progress and raise progressive/RA bills as per contract terms and work done.
  • Reconcile client accounts, follow up for payment status, and support in resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery challans, GRNs, and vendor bills for accurate cost allocation.
  • Prepare monthly billing summaries, outstanding reports, and revenue tracking sheets.
  • Handle GST invoice preparation, tax calculations, rate verification, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in contract review, billing schedule preparation, and ensuring timely submission of bills to clients.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, approvals, and supporting documents.
