Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and oversee a team handling holiday packages, flights, DMCs, visas, hotels, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the travel industry, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the travel consultants/executives to achieve sales and operational targets.

Monitor daily activities, performance, and productivity of the team.

Allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow across different verticals (holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, etc.).

Client Servicing:

Ensure excellent client experience by providing timely responses and solutions.

Handle escalations and resolve client queries efficiently.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients.

Operations & Sales:

Supervise end-to-end bookings of holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services.

Coordinate with DMCs and suppliers for competitive rates and best deals.

Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving company revenue goals.

Process & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance in documentation.

Regularly review processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on team performance, sales, and client feedback.

Share insights with management for decision-making and strategy planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of travel products: holiday packages, flights, hotels, DMCs, and visa procedures.

Leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management (preferred).

4–6 years of experience in the travel industry with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Proven track record in handling holiday packages, flights, and visa operations.
